A digital home for a growing community

The Challenge

A template website was never going to fit. The community organises its teaching around four principles (Seva, Smruti, Suhradhbhav, Swadharma), and the site had to make that structure obvious to a first-time visitor without burying it in menus. They also wanted the spiritual lineage presented as something you could explore, not a wall of text, which became the interactive orbital timeline.

The harder constraint was the audience. The same pages get read by teenagers on phones and elderly members with low vision, so it had to load fast on cheap devices and hold up to WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards. The design language, deep navy and gold with an editorial feel, came from the community itself.
