Live scoring for a custom community cricket league
Off-the-shelf scoring apps couldn't handle the league's indoor format. So we built the rules engine, live scoreboard, and tournament management app from scratch. It's now approved by Apple and free on the App Store, so you can judge the result yourself.

The Prabodham Premier League (PPL) runs a highly customized indoor cricket format involving tiered scoring, specific court zones, and complex penalty rules. Standard scoring apps like CricHQ or PlayHQ simply couldn't accommodate these mechanics.
We built the rules engine first and the app around it. Scorers track every ball courtside, and players and spectators see the scoreboard, their stats, and the points table update in real time through Firebase.

Outcomes
The app passed Apple's App Store review and is live now, free to download. It scores every ball, boundary, and wicket as it happens, keeps player stats and MVP rankings, updates the points table automatically, and handles the knockout stages through to the final, Super Overs included.
